Our Builders Merchants solution on NAV2016 is now available after extensive input from our existing users.
This has been developed with the assistance and amazing co-operation of our many builders merchants clients. The merchants were keen to see their NAV product remain at the forefront of software technology.
As well as retaining many of the traditional features of the system, the merchants met with us for a series of workshop discussions. From these, a wealth of ideas for improving the functionality of the system were generated. All were keen to share best practice and suggestions gleaned from their own studies of the market.
The new release will allow them to stay one step ahead of their competitors.
While retaining the excellent core functionality of the previous version, the new solution provides better management of routings. It also adds text messaging, improved end of day cash management.
With enhanced customer and product information for on-the-fly reporting while engaged in processing orders, margins should be higher and credit issues avoided.
Functions for cross-selling should also improve margins. Overall reporting of business performance through the use of dashboards and KPIs is much enhanced.
Unique desktop layouts are available for Trade Counter staff, Branch Managers and Business Owners with each reflecting the specific needs of those users.
Mobility is also provided through the range of user clients available – in-house, via the web or on smartphones and tablets. Wherever the user is, the NAV data and processing power is there to use.
